Taking A Break

Have you noticed that I’ve not been as gabby lately? I have, too. School takes priority over blog-writing, no matter what I’m getting paid, and so I had to really concentrate on my studied. It paid off. We go back to that whole taking a break thing.
In Health Promotion & Disease Prevention, I got a 51/50 on my first midterm and a 45/50 on the second midterm. I have a 25/25 on the first part of the change project and need to get working on the second part so I’m not racing to finish it next week. I’m pretty sure I’ll be leaving the class with an A.
In Consumer Health Issues, I got a 5/5 on the first paper, 14.5/15 on the second paper, my group got a 19.5/20 on our projects and I’m waiting to hear back on the other 5 points. I also got a 73/75 on the midterm. The scary paper I spent last night working on is for this class … and I’m still a bit overwhelmed by it, but it’ll get done!
In Health Promotion & Program Planning for Children & Youth, I’ve only missed two days (missing 5 points there) and done the questions so I have credit there. I am getting an A so far in that class. My group project work is coming along and so hopefully that class gives me an A, too!
In Chronic and Communicable Disease class, I am 20 points ahead of the game. I got a 29/30 on the midterm, have gotten tons of extra credit on the quizzes and am 100% on the homework. I have a paper still to write about an illness I feel connected with, and haven’t decided which illness I’m going to concentrate on.
Geeze, writing all this out makes me see that I have a few more papers to tackle than I thought I did! No more breaks for me! LOL
