My Horror-scope

by

Today I woke up feeling great. I had a great dream (walking with some “dream” guy … literally … I have no idea who he was, but he was taller than me and we were walking somewhere with our arms around one another. I woke up feeling mushy!) and feel rested (even though I stayed up past my bedtime with some new friends. But yeah, so I’m having a great day and then I get a funny message from a stranger on MySpace that made me laugh. (Dude, if you ever find this place, you were right … kinda ironic!) And then I start reading my 17 emails! (I checked these 12 hours ago!)

Thinking about everything the future holds for you could energize you, and this may make you feel more enthusiastic about working toward your goals today. Knowing that there are unlimited possibilities awaiting you might make it easier for you to focus on what you can do as opposed to thinking about what you are unable to achieve. If you can keep your sights set on the positive today, you may find a great source of power in positive thinking. Should you notice your thoughts veering toward the negative today, gently allow yourself to let them go and replace them with a thought that reflects the perspective that you can achieve anything you set out to do. Concentrating on the positive could make you more aware of the fact that there is very little, besides your thoughts, that prevents you from manifesting your dreams.

Keeping our thoughts about the future upbeat and optimistic gives us more positive energy to put into reaching our goals. Our thoughts hold a great amount of sway over us, directing our attention to the various strengths and weaknesses we have. Maintaining an outlook that is buoyant and geared toward our ability to make our dreams a reality puts us in the right frame of mind so that we see everything—even the negative—as an opportunity to fulfill our hopes. Seeing that your future holds only bright things for you today will help you sustain your motivation and give you the energy you need to thrive.

I’m a happy girl. (I’m bossless today & I found the Carrie Underwood CD at work and so I’m rockin’ out to that.)
